Hey, I'm Lee!

In many ways, I am a typical change practitioner.

If, like me, you have faced resistance to change or a lack of buy-in from above, then I know exactly how you feel because I have felt the same, and throughout my career, I have struggled many times. for example;

I have suggested to teams that they needed a whiteboard and a daily meeting to improve, only to face blank faces and arms folded.
I have had great ideas but chosen not to share them through fear of what others would say.
I have become frustrated when others couldn't see what I could and didn't understand why they would not do what I believed was 'common sense'.
I have even faced redundancy when the change team was one of the first to be cut 'to save money' -arrggghh talk about short-term thinking!!

However, I have learned so much from these and other examples that have enabled me to significantly transform my approach. This has resulted in me now being trusted to support thousands of change people and leaders in some of the UK's largest organisations, in my change community, and through many speaking opportunities.
